Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-4 (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed. You will then receive another notification when your order has shipped, providing you with the tracking number you can use to track your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues outside our control are possible.
If you haven't received your order within 12 days of receiving your shipping notification, please contact us at theblissfulcrab@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please double-check your address and email address is correct before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
